ATIPIC did not begin as a long-term project, but as a series of gatherings between people who needed a space to openly discuss entrepreneurship, decision-making, challenges, and real directions for growth.From one edition to the next, we noticed the same thing: people were not coming just for the content or the speakers. They were coming for the connections, the context, and the feeling that they were not alone on their journey.ATIPIC PLUS appeared exactly from this point. It's not a product and it's not a "fee". It's a form of continuity for those who are already part of the community. A form of collaboration based on trust and reciprocity, because trust is an important word, especially in business relationships.
What ATIPIC PLUS means
ATIPIC PLUS is the ATIPIC community's membership and gives you access to:
1) ATIPIC Meet events – exclusive for ATIPIC PLUS members
We realized the room had become too crowded, and meetings are much more dynamic when we keep an optimal number of participants. We want real dialogue, interaction, and time for everyone.
2) Priority access to ATIPIC Young events
Some ATIPIC PLUS members who wish to will have access to the mentoring area, will be able to be guest speakers, and will represent a real role model for young people.
3) ATIPIC Social events
Emerging directly from the community's request, these are relaxed gatherings where connections form naturally.
1+1 access to ATIPIC Social – only for ATIPIC PLUS members
You can bring your partner or a curious entrepreneur friend, to feel the energy of the ATIPIC community.
4) Access to the ATIPIC video archive
We have been recording ATIPIC events for a while. ATIPIC PLUS members have access to this video archive, as well as to the recordings of upcoming ATIPIC Meet and ATIPIC Young, which they cannot attend in person.
5) A monthly workshop dedicated to entrepreneurs – exclusive to the ATIPIC PLUS community
Every month, ATIPIC PLUS members will have access to a hands-on workshop, dedicated to entrepreneurs, delivered by one of ATIPIC's coaches or trainers.
The list of the 7 ATIPIC trainers will be officially announced, and the workshops will have a practical character, geared toward business reality.
In addition, ATIPIC PLUS means

- real networking and collaboration contexts
- social activities and exclusive events
- the ability to initiate activities and projects within the community

In the past year, the ATIPIC community has grown naturally. The people who stayed close were those who resonated with our energy, values, and pace.

The ATIPIC PLUS launch begins with the Early Bird, dedicated exclusively to those who took part in previous ATIPIC editions.
It is a gesture of gratitude and continuity. For those who were present, who contributed, who built the community alongside us.
