Volunteering at ATIPIC
Get involved in an entrepreneurial community that builds events and initiatives with real impact. We don't promise "fun and experience." We promise useful work, good people, and visible progress. Why volunteer at ATIPIC
Volunteering at ATIPIC means working in a real setting, at project pace, not in a symbolic activity. You'll have the chance to:
- see behind the scenes how recurring events and initiatives are organized
- develop applicable skills (organization, communication, production, coordination)
- work with a hybrid team of entrepreneurs and professionals
- meet relevant people from the community and the local ecosystem
It's the kind of experience that shows in your portfolio, not just in "I was a volunteer."
Who this is for
We're looking for volunteers who:
- are serious and consistent (not just available "when they have time")
- communicate clearly and take ownership of responsibilities
- learn fast and work well in a team
- respect deadlines, processes, and standards
You don't need an impressive CV. You need the right attitude and a willingness to do good work.
What you get in return
Being an NGO, volunteering isn't a "job," but it is a serious collaboration. We offer:
- coordination and structure (we won't leave you to "figure it out")
- access to a real work environment, with standards
- recognition of your contribution (mention, recommendation / certificate, as applicable)
- the opportunity to grow into more stable project roles, if there's a good fit
What we expect from you
For this to work well for both sides, we have a few simple rules:
- punctuality and quick communication
- honoring the responsibilities you take on
- availability for events / tasks during set periods
- a "let's solve it" mindset, not a "let's watch it" one
Volunteering at ATIPIC is for people who want to contribute, not just be present.
How to apply
You fill out the volunteer form, and the team will get back to you for:
- a short alignment discussion (role, availability, expectations)
- choosing the area where you fit best
- onboarding and your first set of tasks
