ATIPIC Meet 14 – when the room is full, energy rises, and the community shows its true spirit

There are meetings where you feel, from the very first minutes, that something is falling perfectly into place.
ATIPIC Meet 14 was exactly that moment – a room full in every sense: full in terms of participation, full of energy, full of engagement and openness.

It was an edition where the perspective of each speaker, however different, converged on the same point: people and emotion remain the core of any healthy entrepreneurial endeavor.

A full room that amplified everything

We had an intense, dynamic atmosphere, with engaged, participative people and a vibe that cannot be manufactured. Many told us they felt the energy in the room as confirmation that ATIPIC is growing in the right direction.

And because the spirit of a community shows in small but genuine gestures, we especially thank the "gentlemen" who chose to stand – either because there were no more seats, or as a natural gesture of respect for the ladies and young ladies.
(Plus, standing also counts as exercise, and makes networking easier – so it's a win-win 😛.)

What we experienced at ATIPIC Meet 14 – three perspectives, one idea

Petronela Ciobanu, intrapreneur at Expert Mind Business Center, spoke about "numbers with a soul" – about how data, combined with human understanding and a real grasp of the entrepreneur, can guide healthy decisions.

Victor Deleanu, general manager at Casa de Vinuri Cotnari, spoke about brands with identity and about the responsibility of correctly positioning a product with roots and tradition. A wine that "warms the soul" is more than a product: it is a well-managed story.

Stefan Negoita, fame maker and creative director at Celebro, rounded out the picture with the perspective of creativity as a deeply human process. Emotion decides. AI remains a tool.

Andrei Ungureanu spoke about connections, vulnerability, and the importance of a space where entrepreneurs can be authentic.
Community is built through consistency and through people who choose to show up, month after month, and pitch in.

NEW: ATIPIC YOUNG – December 13, 2025, Zbor Hub

Because our responsibility toward the generations to come is not just a concept, but a commitment, we are officially launching ATIPIC YOUNG – an edition dedicated to young people with initiative, curiosity, and a desire to grow.

On December 13, 2025, at Zbor Hub, we will organize, together with partners such as CARTUF and Creactiv Hub a series of entrepreneurship workshops designed specifically for young people.
Our goal is to provide them with a space where they can learn, experiment, make mistakes, ask questions, and discover entrepreneurship in a healthy, welcoming, and authentic environment.

It is a natural next step for ATIPIC and an important one for the local community.
