ATIPIC Meet Bacău #1 a avut loc pe May 9, 2026, at Fiald Hotel & SPA, and marked an important moment for the expansion of the ATIPIC community in the Moldova region. The first edition held in Bacău brought together in the same room over 90 entrepreneurs, professionals, young people interested in development, and individuals looking for new career and business perspectives.
The event was organized by the ATIPIC Entrepreneurial Community Association, through the format ATIPIC MEET, a concept built around the idea of authentic connection, applied dialogue, and collaboration between people who want to grow together.
What is ATIPIC Meet?
ATIPIC Meet is an entrepreneurial event format developed by ATIPIC Entrepreneurial Community Association. The events bring together entrepreneurs, specialists, investors, young people, and professionals from various fields, in an interactive setting based on real experiences, networking, and the exchange of ideas.
The purpose of the format is to create contexts in which people don't just come to listen, but to participate actively, ask questions, share their experiences, and build relationships relevant to their personal and professional development.
The First ATIPIC Meet Bacău Edition
The first edition ATIPIC Meet Bacău kicked off in a warm atmosphere, in a room that quickly became too small. The participants' energy confirmed the growing need for real communities, authentic conversations, and spaces where entrepreneurs, young people, and professionals can find support, inspiration, and direction.
The event benefited from a large turnout and collaboration with relevant local communities, including the Bacău branch of CONAF România. This collaboration helped connect people from different backgrounds, united by their interest in entrepreneurship, education, development, and local involvement.
The Speakers of ATIPIC Meet Bacău #1
ATIPIC Meet Bacău #1 featured speakers with different but complementary experiences, who brought the audience sincere, applied, and relevant perspectives on the entrepreneurial environment.
Ana-Luiza Ureche, founder of the brand Aromat Însiropat, talked about the courage to build a business with identity, emotion, and authenticity. Her story gave participants a concrete perspective on how a local brand can grow through passion, consistency, and differentiation.
Denisa Gavrila, member ATIPIC Plus and president of the branch ATIPIC Bacău, brought up the importance of education, technology, and youth involvement in the community. Her talk highlighted the role that younger generations can play in developing a healthy entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Marius Alexe, an investor at the Bucharest Stock Exchange and a constant supporter of the ATIPIC initiative, offered a realistic perspective on discipline, investments, long-term mindset, and responsible financial decisions.
Andrei Simion contributed with an energetic talk about communication, authentic expression, and the power to convey ideas with clarity and impact.
A Growing Entrepreneurial Community
One of the most valuable aspects of the event was the active involvement of the participants. People didn't just come to listen, but to ask questions, share experiences, look for solutions, and create new connections.
This is the spirit that the ATIPIC Entrepreneurial Community Association continues to cultivate: a vibrant community where collaboration, mutual support, and trust come naturally.
ATIPIC is more than just a series of events. It is an entrepreneurial community that is building stronger connections between people from Iași, Bacău, Neamț, Pașcani, Lacu Roșu, and other parts of the Moldova region.
ATIPIC Social at Hotel Karo Bacău
After the official program at Fiald Hotel & SPA, the experience continued at Hotel Karowith ATIPIC Social.
The evening was dedicated to relaxed networking, informal conversations, dancing, storytelling, and strengthening the relationships within the community. The atmosphere at Hotel Karo perfectly complemented the energy of the main event, giving participants the opportunity to connect in a more personal and natural setting.
The venue's team also played an important role in the overall experience through their hospitality and genuine care for both participants and organizers.

ATIPIC Meet Bacău #1 was made possible through the dedication and involvement of the organizers leading the ATIPIC Bacău chapter, Luiza and Denisawith the support of fellow community members who joined from Iași, Neamț, Pașcani, and Lacu Roșu.
In total, over 20 people were directly involved in organizing the event. The fact that the organizing team and community members filled more than 15 rooms to stay overnight says a great deal about the direction in which ATIPIC is evolving: not simply as an event organizer, but as an active, connected, and united entrepreneurial community.
What's next for ATIPIC Bacău?
The energy of this first edition clearly shows that Bacău has the potential to become an important hub within the ATIPIC community network.
Next, through the involvement of Anei-Luiza Ureche and Denisei Gavrila, the ATIPIC Bacău community will continue to develop local initiatives, including workshops, educational sessions, networking events for entrepreneurs, and projects dedicated to young people.
At the same time, the community members of Dcode are also invited to take part in the summer events organized as part of the ATIPIC Young in Iași, where young people can discover new opportunities for learning, meaningful connections, and personal growth.
