On April 4th, at the Palace of Culture in Iași, several worlds met in the same place.
There were people who have already been part of Comunitatea Antreprenorială ATIPIC for months or even years and have grown alongside this community. People who came consistently, who built relationships, who asked questions, offered answers, and chose not to remain alone on their entrepreneurial journey.
And there were people who met us for the first time. Maybe in a festive context, maybe in a setting different from our usual meetings, but enough to feel something. The energy, the openness, the naturalness of the conversations. The fact that here you don't have to play a role. For me, that was the most valuable part of April 4th.
It wasn't the stage, the room, or even the 12-15 speakers from the community who took the stage that defined April 4th, but the moments in between. Those conversations where someone new steps in shyly and, after a few minutes, is no longer "new," but becomes part of the energy. That's what was felt throughout the whole day. From the conference at the Palace of Culture to the cocktail at Fratelli. A natural continuity of people, ideas, and connections that didn't stay on the surface.
ATIPIC isn't about events. It's about contexts where people become more open, more curious, and more willing to build together. About that space where business stops being purely transactional and becomes relational. 4.4 was a bridge between those who are already part of the community and those who discovered us on that day. Between what we've built in these two years and what we're going to build next. For some it was a reconfirmation, for others a beginning.
But communities aren't built in peak moments, but in continuity. In recurring meetings, in conversations that don't end after an event, in relationships that grow over time. That's where the next step comes from: not just being present, but being part of it. If you felt something on 4.4, it's probably not a coincidence. We're moving forward and building. And maybe the most important thing: the people. Thank you to everyone who came, not just from Iași, but from Chișinău, Piatra Neamț, Lacul Roșu, Bacău, Suceava, Fălticeni, București, and even from Milano or Limassol. We know that for many of you it wasn't "just an event," but a whole day turned into a visit to Iași. That says a lot about what we're building together.
And what comes next isn't accidental, but part of this direction of growth:
