ATIPIC is an entrepreneurial community built around a simple idea: entrepreneurship becomes easier when you're surrounded by the right people and have access to real-world experience.
We are not a networking club where people exchange business cards and move on. We are an ecosystem focused on progress—through learning, meaningful context, clarity, and collaboration.
As a non-profit organization, we are not driven by profit. We are driven by impact: helping people become better connected, better informed, and better equipped to build sustainable businesses and careers.

Why ATIPIC?

What We Do
Our activities are organized into four core initiatives:
ATIPIC Meet
Events featuring experienced speakers, practical discussions, and meaningful networking built around real entrepreneurial experiences. (Access: ATIPIC Plus Membership)
ATIPIC Young
A series designed primarily for young people (up to approximately 24 years old), featuring speakers and topics relevant to those exploring education, careers, and entrepreneurship. (Access: Free)
ATIPIC Learn
Practical workshops and educational sessions built around tools, frameworks, case studies, and implementation. (Access: ATIPIC Plus Membership)
ATIPIC Social
Casual networking gatherings held in carefully selected venues where relationships develop naturally. (Access: ATIPIC Plus Membership - participation fee applies to cover catering and hospitality costs)
From Free Events to a Sustainable Model
ATIPIC Meet was originally a free event. As the community grew, so did the real costs behind every event—venues, logistics, production, communications, and the work of the organizing team.
That is why we evolved toward a sustainable model: ATIPIC Plus - our membership program that supports the association's activities and allows us to organize high-quality events consistently.
ATIPIC Plus
ATIPIC Plus is the membership program through which you support the community while gaining access to exclusive member activities.
Membership contributions help sustain the non-profit organization and cover the operational costs of our events and initiatives.

Yes. The ATIPIC Entrepreneurial Community Association is a non-profit organization established to support and strengthen the entrepreneurial community.
ATIPIC Plus is the membership program that supports the association's activities while providing access to exclusive initiatives and events designed specifically for members.
ATIPIC Young is our free-to-attend initiative. Our other initiatives (ATIPIC Meet, ATIPIC Learn, and ATIPIC Social) are available exclusively to ATIPIC Plus members.
There are several ways to collaborate with ATIPIC. You can propose a speaker or workshop, become a partner or sponsor, or get involved by becoming an ATIPIC Plus member and actively participating in the community.
Our community is based in Iași, but we are open to collaborations, partnerships, and meaningful connections across Romania and beyond.
