ATIPIC is not just about events. It's about the standard by which we build the community: how we work, how we communicate, and what we accept (or don't accept) around us.

The ATIPIC values are the filter that keeps us consistent: in choosing partners, in speakers, in topics, in how we organize, and in how the community grows.
Without them, you just have “activities.” With them, you have direction.

What these values mean in practice

we choose topics and speakers that bring real value, not just popularity
we build clear initiatives (Meet, Young, Learn, Social), each with its own role
we maintain a sustainable framework through ATIPIC Plus, to keep up quality and pace
we encourage collaboration, but filter out superficiality

Authenticity

We care about reality, not packaging. At ATIPIC we encourage honestly told stories: decisions, mistakes, lessons, results.

No image marketing and no fabricated “success stories.”

Pragmatism

Value is measured by what you can apply.

We prefer concrete examples, tools, clear steps, and ideas that work in the real market. Nice discussions are only useful if they lead to action.

Community

We build long-term relationships, based on trust and respect.

We encourage collaboration and genuine recommendations, not toxic competition or superficial networking.

Mutual support

We support each other through shared experiences, honest feedback, and real help, when it matters.
We believe in progress built together, not in isolated successes.

Quality and consistency

We put standards before volume.

Better fewer activities, well done, than a lot done chaotically. Organization, communication, and the participants' experience matter.

We are an NGO. We use resources responsibly and take a direct approach: we explain why we do things a certain way and what specifically supports the community (including through ATIPIC Plus).
