At the end of August, ATIPIC Young a fost al\u0103turi de ThymeCat Summer School la Vatra Dornei<\/a><\/strong>for an experience dedicated to young people and built around music, education and teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the summer school, Andrei Ungureanu<\/a>, pre\u0219edintele Asocia\u021biei Comunitatea Antreprenorial\u0103 ATIPIC<\/a><\/strong>, led a Music Business workshop Music Business<\/strong>, offering participants a perspective on the music industry beyond the stage: from the role of the artist and their team to promotion, rights, community, and turning a passion into a professional project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond music: learning to build together<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the things that stood out to us at ThymeCat Summer School was the strong sense of teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the program, the young participants were in constant communication with their teachers, experimented, rehearsed together, and formed different bands for the performances they prepared during the summer school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience concluded with a concert in Vatra Dornei's Central Park<\/strong>, where participants had the opportunity to bring the results of their work to the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the artistic performance itself, the process is what makes the experience so valuable: learning to listen, trust others, understand your role, and contribute to a shared outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are important skills in a band, but they are just as important in a business, an organization, or a community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A shared direction for ThymeCat and ATIPIC Young<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Through ATIPIC Young<\/strong>, we aim to create non-formal education opportunities for Generations Z and Alpha, bringing them closer to entrepreneurship, creative industries, technology, and professionals who can offer them different experiences and perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe in an approach to education where knowledge is complemented by practice, collaboration, and the courage to experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this perspective, there is a natural connection between ThymeCat<\/a> and ATIPIC Young<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Music can be a powerful tool for both entrepreneurial and personal education. A young person who learns to build something together with others, communicate, receive feedback, step onto a stage, and take responsibility for a role within a team develops skills that will serve them far beyond the creative industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why we want to continue strengthening the connection between ATIPIC Young and ThymeCat<\/strong> and create new opportunities where education, music, creativity, and entrepreneurship come together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because before we talk about the next generation of entrepreneurs, professionals, or artists, we need to give young people the space to discover, experiment and, above all, build together<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bravo, ThymeCat! Bravo to the teachers, the young participants, and everyone who helped create this experience in Vatra Dornei.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
