At the ATIPIC community,<\/a> we talk about entrepreneurship, initiative and the courage to build. Through the ATIPIC YOUNG<\/a><\/strong>pillar, we bring this mission closer to young people who are just starting out, creating opportunities for them to discover people, professions and perspectives that school or social media do not always reveal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the directions we are developing is music education for young people. Together with community members and partners with experience in arts education, management, production, events and the music business, we aim to build a coherent pathway: from a first encounter with music and technology to a responsible understanding of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talent can be the starting point. But for it to become a skill, a project or a profession, it takes time, patience, discipline, practice and guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is ATIPIC YOUNG and why are we investing in this direction?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ATIPIC YOUNG<\/a> is the community pillar dedicated to young people who are exploring their options, developing their skills and taking their first professional steps. We organize open-access gatherings, authentic conversations, workshops and projects through which high school students, university students and young entrepreneurs can gain exposure to real-world experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not focus only on success stories and visible achievements. We also talk about hard work, uncertainty, mistakes, difficult choices and the small steps through which people learn to trust an idea, a team and their own path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During an ATIPIC YOUNG edition organized at Zbor Hub Ia\u0219i, discussions around non-formal arts education created a meeting point between organizations and professionals from several areas of the music industry: arts education and artist management through Thymecat Recordings, event organization through The Event Agency, and label and music business experience through Crossworlder Music Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, this is the role of a community: to connect complementary skills and create the foundations for collaborations that can continue well beyond a single event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-formal arts education means more than a lesson<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ramona Cojocaru, founding member of ATIPIC and manager of Thymecat Recordings, consistently emphasizes the quality of non-formal arts education and the moral responsibility of teachers and mentors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a creative field, the value of an educational experience cannot be reduced to the price of a single session. What matters is the teaching method, consistency, the ability to understand each young person's needs and the willingness to guide them without making unrealistic promises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting a young person who is passionate about music does not mean promising them success. It means helping them understand the process: practice, technique, collaboration, feedback, discipline and the time required for an aptitude to develop into a genuine skill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through her work in artist management at Thymecat Recordings, Ramona patiently builds this kind of journey around two essential resources: time and patience. Behind a song, a concert or a well-developed artistic identity lies far more than what the audience sees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Romanian Creative Week 2025 workshops to CWR DJ School<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ATIPIC supports projects that can transform one-off encounters into educational and professional pathways. One such project is CWR DJ School, developed together with The Event Agency and Thymecat. CWR DJ School<\/strong>, dezvoltat \u00eempreun\u0103 cu The Event Agency \u0219i Thymecat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea began to take shape during the DJing and music production workshops organized at Romanian Creative Week 2025. There, young people had the opportunity to interact directly with the equipment, techniques and professionals behind the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A first workshop can spark curiosity. The next step is to provide continuity: practical sessions, guidance, teamwork and access to environments where knowledge can be tested and developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through CWR DJ School and related projects, we aim to build an experience that can include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
