The event was organized by the ATIPIC Entrepreneurial Community Association<\/strong>, through the format ATIPIC MEET<\/a><\/strong>, a concept built around the idea of authentic connection, applied dialogue, and collaboration between people who want to grow together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is ATIPIC Meet?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ATIPIC Meet<\/a><\/strong> is an entrepreneurial event format developed by ATIPIC Entrepreneurial Community Association<\/a>. The events bring together entrepreneurs, specialists, investors, young people, and professionals from various fields, in an interactive setting based on real experiences, networking, and the exchange of ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the format is to create contexts in which people don't just come to listen, but to participate actively, ask questions, share their experiences, and build relationships relevant to their personal and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The First ATIPIC Meet Bac\u0103u Edition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first edition ATIPIC Meet Bac\u0103u<\/a><\/strong> kicked off in a warm atmosphere, in a room that quickly became too small. The participants' energy confirmed the growing need for real communities, authentic conversations, and spaces where entrepreneurs, young people, and professionals can find support, inspiration, and direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event benefited from a large turnout and collaboration with relevant local communities, including the Bac\u0103u branch of CONAF Rom\u00e2nia<\/a><\/strong>. This collaboration helped connect people from different backgrounds, united by their interest in entrepreneurship, education, development, and local involvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Speakers of ATIPIC Meet Bac\u0103u #1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Andrei Simion<\/strong> contributed with an energetic talk about communication, authentic expression, and the power to convey ideas with clarity and impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most valuable aspects of the event was the active involvement of the participants. People didn't just come to listen, but to ask questions, share experiences, look for solutions, and create new connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATIPIC Social at Hotel Karo Bac\u0103u<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After the official program at Fiald Hotel & SPA, the experience continued at Hotel Karo<\/a><\/strong>with ATIPIC Social<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evening was dedicated to relaxed networking, informal conversations, dancing, storytelling, and strengthening the relationships within the community. The atmosphere at Hotel Karo perfectly complemented the energy of the main event, giving participants the opportunity to connect in a more personal and natural setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The venue's team also played an important role in the overall experience through their hospitality and genuine care for both participants and organizers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 20 people involved in organizing the event.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ATIPIC Meet Bac\u0103u #1 was made possible through the dedication and involvement of the organizers leading the ATIPIC Bac\u0103u chapter, Luiza<\/strong> and Denisa<\/strong>with the support of fellow community members who joined from Ia\u0219i, Neam\u021b, Pa\u0219cani, and Lacu Ro\u0219u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In total, over 20 people<\/strong> were directly involved in organizing the event. The fact that the organizing team and community members filled more than 15 rooms<\/strong> to stay overnight says a great deal about the direction in which ATIPIC is evolving: not simply as an event organizer, but as an active, connected, and united entrepreneurial community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What's next for ATIPIC Bac\u0103u?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The energy of this first edition clearly shows that Bac\u0103u has the potential to become an important hub within the ATIPIC community network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, through the involvement of Anei-Luiza Ureche<\/strong> and Denisei Gavrila<\/strong>, the ATIPIC Bac\u0103u community will continue to develop local initiatives, including workshops, educational sessions, networking events for entrepreneurs, and projects dedicated to young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the community members of Dcode<\/a><\/strong> are also invited to take part in the summer events organized as part of the ATIPIC Young<\/strong> <\/a>in Ia\u0219i, where young people can discover new opportunities for learning, meaningful connections, and personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
